A: You can try to sell it for $200 but you probably won't get more than 100 to 150 if there is damage. Just advertise it on eBay for $200 and see what happens.
I have a yamaha cornet and i took the valves out to oil them. i put the valves in, and now only the middle on makes a sound. when i put down no valves, and doesn't make a sound, only when i press down valve two. i think it is the way i put the valves

I just bought a 2330 and after looking at the Yamaha site, it appears the II lost the gold brass leadpipe and nickel tuning slide receivers. Any other changes y'all know of. Mine's at the shop having the stuck slides removed, but I'm looking forward to playing it a little when they're finished with it. Picked up the 2330 from Southeastern today. I don't know much about cornet, but I just ordered one. I looked at purchasing a couple of mouthpieces from Yamaha, but I was confused by the long shank or short shank option. Which offers what kind of benefit? Thanks.
Okay I have been playing the cornet in B flat since 6th grade. I couldn't play trumpet because my hands were a bit small and couldn't handle the trumpet. Now I am in 8th grade and the cornet is easier to play but I don't want to be the only cornet in
