Q: I can get a normal guitar one for cheap on ebay; they are always there. i really don't want to pay $120 for the special bass one, but I'd hate to buy one only to have the lows blow out the potentiometer (aka pot) or something. could this happen?
A: Some you can, some you can't. Just look it up on musicians friend or the Dunlop sight. It should say whether you can use it for bass or not. I found out the hard way and fried my Dunlop by playing a bass through it.

I recommend this over any other wah pedal, especially Wah Signature Series, because you can get the same sound of this unit with a little tweeking…. I am very glad I followed this advice, because this pedal is really the range of wah I was looking for. The best thing about this pedal is that it can be customized.

i got a orginal dunlop cry baby wah pedal and it isnt working, the first one i got a couple days ago didnt work so i took it back for an exchange at guitar center and when i got home with my new wah pedal it didnt work again so does any know whats happening?
i was looking at the wah wah pedals online and i want to get one but the jimi hendrix pedal is like way more than the original so i was wandering what the difference was and if its worth the extra money?
