Why won't my vox wah pedal work?

Q: Pretty new vox wah wah pedal. when i use it my guitar won't make a sound but if you push up and down on the pedal you can hear the frequency change as if it was working. what's going on? please helpp!!!

A: i have the same one.
make sure that the cable for the amp is plugged into the left side, and your guitar should be plugged into the right side.
also make sure the pedal is actually on, and the volume on your guitar and amp is up.

I'll go for Vox. But you can also try a GCB-95F (Crybaby Classic with Fasel). But if you really want a very good wah pedal, consider the ones with true bypass. They maybe a bit more expensive but they won't alter your tone when they're disengaged.
