Q: Will it sound okay? Is it good quality?
What if I bought a different amp separate?
A: if you a beginer of course. you could always change the pickups, which wouldnt be worth it for that guitar. if your a beginer i suggest you buy a squier package for like $200. its the same thing as the $800 fenders just lower quality pickups and made
I've always wanted one. It'd be nice to be able to play some of my favorite songs on the guitar, like East Jesus Nowhere, or American Idiot. It seams like it'd be fun, and I need a hobby, during the winter I get bored a lot....

I ordered the Austin Bazaar Double Cutaway Metallic Blue Electric guitar kit on December 27th 2007, and on Jan 5th, 2008, I got a plain deep blue guitar with a red amp. After contacting this company, they stated that they would replace the guitar with the one I originally ordered, but that they would not replace the amp for a color change. After waiting two weeks to receive a Fed Ex prepaid return shipping label from Austin Bazaar, I shipped the guitar back to them. Please order your guitar products from someone OTHER than Austin Bazaar. The guitar is well built and has a very attractive blue color, body and pick guard. It was delivered to them on Jan 31, 2008, and as of today, Feb 7, 2008, I still have no guitar....
2 of the screws that hold the pick guard on were stripped and just fell out within the first week of owning it. The strings are way too high off the fret board even after adjusting the bridge all the way it would allow. I won one of these (it’s white with a black pick guard) and it was my first bass guitar. This is also one of the heaviest bass guitars I’ve ever held. It was okay to learn on but as I started learning about the bass I started finding all the flaws in this instrument. It doesn’t hold a tune for more than one session and the neck isn’t straight inline with the body. The frets are jagged and I had to file them down on either side after cutting my hand and my pants on them a few times.
I hope it is not a beginner guitar because i need something geared toward intermediates
