What kind of electric guitar starter pack should I get for 150 or less?

I have played classical music on the acoustic guitar for three years and I think that I have the skills for the electric now; I couldn't find any good packs though. I found some, but all the reviews were bad. Are the Kona and Silvertone @ Costco bad?
