Fender custom guitars
Q: What do you call truss rod installation same as fender guitars where they inserted the truss rod at the back of the neck and they cover it with a strip dark wood?
A: Hi! I may be incorrect, but I do not think there is a specific name for that particular truss rod installation. It was pioneered by Leo Fender (see http://www.glguitars.com/features/neck.a sp ), and is referred to as one of the "traditional installations".

I have always used Crate for my strat and have had good success with it. But, I would guess this amp and your strat are made to compliment eachother. That is a beutiful guitar. Like the amp sound....

I want to get a new guitar neck, so i'm thinking about either getting an american deluxe fender neck from ebay and then having it refret with a 7.25" radius, or getting a new neck from USA custom guitars which has the best rep for custom guitars
