I'm a huge fan of great acoustic guitar playing. I've been a pastor in Arkansas and Missouri.
If you follow this site even a tad regularly, then you know I'm especially fond of parlor guitars, those small-bodied acoustics with a thinner body, deep curves around the soundhole, & a lower body that's larger & more elongated than the upper... A parlor's design creates very pronounced notes & is especially fitting for blues, bluegrass, & other types of fingerstyle guitar.
I am heavily leaning towards buying this guitar, and it would be my first. Has anyone played it or know more about it?
i have a cheap chinese made acoustic parlor-size guitar. what strings are best on parlor's and what type or style of music is most played on them?
