Where can i get a electric piano that has 88 keys?

I have been teaching myself piano for the last few years but its been on a very small keyboard. ive been looking for a good piano, but my dad does not want it to bother him when hes watching tv. i dont even know where to start looking and i wouldnt know


Relatively any music store will have what you're looking for. I just went to Guitar Center this weekend and bought a full 88 key Yamaha digital piano for about $800. They have cheaper and more expensive ones too. Try looking in large music stores like

What keys is a 61 electric piano missing from a large 88?

Are they like the keys in the sides of an 88 that are missing in a 61 or are they the ones in the middle or what? Are these keys important?


when you look at the piano key board you notict that there are repeating sets of black keys, 2 black keys, then 3 black keys, then 2 black keys, etc. The white key directly to the left of the 2 black keys is C. If you play the white keys starting at C

76 key electric piano or an 88 key?

Which would you suggest for a beginner?
It has to be an electric keyboard.
Am I really missing out if I only get the 76 key one?


I've seen a few other questions here from beginners wondering how to play notes that their beginner keyboards don't have. I'd say that if you have the option, hold out for 88 keys. Eventually you'll need all of them.
