The good news is that I was able to return the keyboard no questions asked, so the company is a good one, its just this product that does not fit the bill. A word of caution I was looking for a Bluetooth keyboard primarily for when I am on long airplane rides but, as many of you know you are not allowed to use Bluetooth devices on airplanes, which kind of defeats the purpose.
