Piano Stool
Q: I have recently purchased a piano. But I realized I would need a proper piano stool for my posture. I also need the stool to have storage and to be a duet.
Does any body else think piano stools are too expensive !

I can relate to those pianists on here who started out very young musically as I too was playing those cute red and yellow 45 rpm records on a red phonograph box and also began playing abbreviated tunes at age 3 on my mother's used player upright... I started piano lessons rather late (at the age of ten) and studied at Jacksonville (Alabama) State University, earning a bachelor's degree in piano performance....
I am wondering how much I would have to spend in order to have one of those old swivel up piano stools with the glass ball feet? Or where could I look to find out about prices?
I have just bought a piano without a stoo, so am looking for something to sit on to play it I have always played using a Piano stool but are they neccessary? can you just use a normal chair/stool?
